Booking Your Place
Once you have decided which Project you would like to join, booking is easy!
1. Download our Booking Form
2. Fill it in and return it to us via email or post
3. Send us a 20% deposit to secure your place
4. You are all booked for the adventure of a lifetime!
What Happens Next?
Once we have received your Booking Form and 20% deposit, we will write to you with a Booking Confirmation Letter which will have full details of your chosen Project and your booking information.
We will also send you a Kit List and advise you which flight to book (this will be the flights that other volunteers also take)
The balance fro your Project is not due until 10 weeks before departure.
Once we receive your final balance, we will send you a Pre-Departure Information Pack which contains full details of your Project, what will happen upon arrival, who will be meeting you and full contact details.
Before You Set Off
Before you set off, we will make sure you know exactly what will happend upon arrival - normally the Project Leader will be waiting to collect you at the airport.
If you have any questions, concerns, queries or just want to ask if you need to bring your hairdryer (you don't!) then please give us a call and we can advise you.
